Gaza : The Palestinian Information Systems Association  (Pita)  held a closing meeting to discuss ITIL outcomes , a global standard for   best practices in IT services management , where targeting 15 employees of the Gaza Strip. In the presence of a representative of the German Agency for Development (GIZ), participants discussed the extent of benefit and reflection of their outputs on their companies and concluded the meeting by submitting recommendations and receiving certificates. This comes within the framework of the projects of developing the administrative and technical skills and capacity building of the employees of the member companies in the short term and obtaining international certificates.
