PITA recently participated in a delegation of a business trip organized by the German Agency for Development to study the education system, the leadership and innovation of the technological sector in Germany and Jordan.
This is in line with the Federation’s efforts to develop the software development system in the Gaza Strip and to develop the competencies, services and products of companies operating in the sector, in particular to enable them to penetrate international markets by building relationships with regional and international institutions that enhance opportunities.
Efforts are also included in the study of more than four different experiences and models related to bridge the gap between the academic sector and the private sector and develop the competencies of graduates and innovators commensurate with the needs of the labor market. One of the strategic areas in which Bita works to provide the member companies and the labor market with graduates with better skills and competencies.
In addition, the main trends in the vertical development of technology sector integration with other sectors such as health, education, tourism, construction and others have been identified and partnerships have been established with a number of companies operating in this field.
